Malaysia Streamyx Broadband
This few days i been having trouble with my streamyx connection. Its really boring when you cant online but i can connect but no data transfer. I called the helpline number (1300889515) and this is our conversation ;
Helpline : What can i help you sir?
Me : My connection has no data transfer but i dont need you to give me any solutions like re-plugin my modem, restart my computer, reinstall driver or anything else but please reset my port for my connection.
Helpline : May i know whats your login id and exact problems sir?
Me : My login id is ****** and my problem is that my connection doesnt have any data transfer and i cant surf any websites.
Helpline : Wait..just let me ping your connection.
Me : Ok..
*Wait 1 minute
Helpline : It seems like i dont get a ping reply and your not even connected sir.
Me : But i know im connected, im using my ID i registered in KL at my hometown. I been using it for months at this place and nothing goes wrong before until now.
Helpline : It seems like you dont have a jumper sir.
Me : If i dont have a jumper how could i connect and load google and other websites?
Helpline : Maybe its your cookies or offline saved website sir?
Me : No..i know its not my cookie and i know i dont saved any offline website. I know what i am doing and please just reset my port.
Helpline : You dont have a jumper thats why you cant connect and use the broadband, all you need to do is to register a new account at the location you using now.
Me : WHAT?? IF I DONT have a jumper how could i been using it for months? AND the account is under my name when i registered in KL so u meant i have to register another account here..and have two accounts?
Helpline : Yes sir, because you have saved offline websites thats why before this you can online and surf a few sites but not new sites. So please contact our reseller and register a new account and our technician will fix it for you.
Me : ARE YOU SURE i saved offline websites?? I can online before..why would i be paying two account ?!?!?!? Thats mean if im using 016 Digi line, when i go KL I have to register another line to use??! What logic is this??
Helpline : No sir, you dont have a jumper and saved offline websites so thats why you cant connect and you need to register another account.
(Argue until 15 minutes)
And still my answer is ” No sir, you dont have a jumper and bla bla bla….”
Me : OK , nevermind. *Put down the phone*
All i wanted was just a port reset.. =(
I wasted 15 minutes of my life talking to a useless mere operator for nothing.
AND NOW IM BACK HERE ONLINE AGAIN! WHAT? NO JUMPER AR? THEN HOW I BLOG!!
WTF is this streamyx helpline people for??
